Description
I recently completed a photography project in which I emulated the work of artist Albert Watson. My goal was not to recreate his individual works; in most cases I found that his and my styles meshed well and I used original ideas of mine but imitated his style to shoot them.
In this set, I was inspired by a diptych by Watson in which his models' faces were covered in metallic looking makeup and butterfly wings. I painted Caroline's face with black acrylic paint, metallic paint, and green metallic powdered makeup, then stuck fake butterfly wings in her.

Imagine making love to someone painted up like this? Would be surreal.
